Flying Tumbler Irish Whiskey is an independent Irish Whiskey blending and bottling business, sourcing whiskey spirit from partner distilleries and maturing, blending and bottling at our own bonded warehouses in historic county Carlow, Ireland.

Our vision is that our whiskey warehouses and office home in Ireland will be a welcoming hub, where customers, suppliers and investors can come and share in the Flying Tumbler story.

Sales of Irish Whiskey globally are forecast to rocket from 12M nine litre cases this year to 24M nine litre cases by 2030. Every minute, 200 bottles of Irish Whiskey are sold in 135 global markets and there's been a 140% growth in sales volume from 2010 to 2020.
Sales of Irish Whiskey are due to overtake Scotch for first time since prohibition this decade. This is a milestone moment for the category. And the big fish for Irish Whiskey is the USA, home to 240M legal drinkers & 640k outlets and where 43% of all Irish Whiskey is sold.

The Brand Story
The Irish Flying Tumbler is a bird with an innate ability to return home. Braving all manner of storm and challenge, the brave flying tumbler always returns to the home loft. We take our inspiration from this plucky adventurer. We’ve returned back home to Ireland to follow our passion for making whiskey that surprises and delights. We see the spirit of the Flying Tumbler in everybody. The drive to travel far and wide but to always return home sharing stories of travels.

Our brand is anchored on three main tenets. The return home, sharing stories of our travels
and the longitude and latitude of origin. And all of these are conveyed through the daring flying tumbler pigeon who personifies the essence of Flying Tumbler Irish Whiskey.
The Team
Patrick
Patrick Walsh is a member of the institute of brewing and distilling and a lawyer and spent 9 years working in London having started his own law firm in 2014. Patrick successfully exited this business in 2019 to focus on Flying Tumbler full time. He is responsible for the operations side of the business and is based on-site in Ireland. Patrick holds commerce & law degrees from NUI Galway.
Tom
Thomas Walsh is a sales professional based in the United States for the past decade. Thomas was instrumental in the setup of Netwatch USA, an Irish technology business focused on remove security. His client relationships, industry insight and sales experience will be central to the expansion of Flying Tumbler in the United States. Thomas holds a degree in property economics from Technological University Dublin.
Jen
Jen McGinnell is an accountant who has worked in investment banking in London for 14 years before returning to Ireland in 2019. Beginning at Goldman Sachs before moving to Barclays, she brings experience in risk management, financial planning and general business strategy. Jen is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. Jen holds a business degree from Trinity College Dublin.

We've a long term supply agreement with a top Irish distillery and already have grain and malt whiskey fully matured.
Our maturation warehouses at Larch Give will be a place to come and visit. With 8000 sq ft of space we've plenty of room to fill.
We have North American distribution with MS Walker, a leading US distributor with over 300 sales professionals.
