Aviators Lemonade

Flavoursome lemonade style drink. Very approachable long drink that works well for big cocktail reception with plenty of flavour and easy recipe. Both men and women would happily indulge.

Ingredients:

• 50 ml Flying Tumbler Whiskey
• 20 ml Elderflower Liqueur
• Blood Orange soda (Pellegrino)

Method:

Combine whiskey and elderflower liqueur into a tall glass with ice. Top up with soda and stir gently

Glassware:

Tall/ highball glass

Garnish:

Mint sprig and lemon peel
