Description
The Roller is a single grain Irish Whiskey aged exclusively in 1st fill ex bourbon casks, the Tippler is a premium blend aged for 12 years in sherry and bourbon casks and the Bird is a four part blend aged in bourbon and sherry casks. Non chill filtered and matured, cut to drinking ABV and bottled by Flying Tumbler at Carlow Brewing Company.
