We did not set out to build a whiskey brand. We set out to return home.
After years working abroad, in hospitality, business, and law, from places that shaped how we think about food, drink, and good company, we came back to Carlow with an idea to bring all these experiences together. What came next was whiskey, a perfect fit.
We named our whiskey after a pigeon, the Flying Tumbler. A bird that flies far, tumbling and flipping through the skies on adventures, but with the innate ability to always find its way home. This bird not only embodies part of our own journey, but the journey of many people around the world, tumbling through life on their own adventures, always to return home, wherever that may be.
