A smooth but cheeky blend of single grain and triple-distilled single malt Irish whiskeys, matured in ex-bourbon casks. Vanilla and caramel lead the charge, buttery fudge cosies up on the palate, and baking spice leaves a warm finish. Non-chill filtered, with no added colour. Best enjoyed with mates, mischief and zero pretension.

2 Oz Green apple juice
3/4 Oz Sugar syrup (1:1)
3/4 Oz Lime juice (Freshly squeezed)
3/4 Oz Pasteurised egg white or aquafaba
1 peeled kiwi cut into quarters

Make it at home
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into the shaker. DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into your chilled Coupe glass.
