For years now, Flying Tumbler's been a bird without a permanent perch. Sourced across Ireland, blended with love, bottled with care… but no proper home to call its own. That changes right here.
Down on the family farm in Carlow, the diggers are in. We've cleared the old structures, shifted half a county's worth of muck, and we're not far off the real construction starting on our very own bonded maturation warehouses.
This is where it all comes home to roost — where we'll mature, blend, bottle and mind our whiskey under one roof, on the ground that made us. An adventurous spirit, finally building somewhere to land.
