Aged in ex-bourbon casks and finished in ex-Jamaican rum barrels, The Roller is as dangerously smooth as a bad idea at 2 AM. Expect clove, allspice and ripe banana on the nose — made for neat pours that disappear too fast, rounds that never end, and nights that go hilariously off the rails. Non-chill filtered, with no added colour.

½ Oz Coconut liqueur
Pineapple soda
Squeeze of lime
ADD whiskey, liqueur and lime to an ice filled highball glass. Top with pineapple soda.
